Emily Penny heads up brand voice studio Becolourful, where she helps agencies and consultancies with their positioning and content.
She’s spent over 25 years in branding and has sat on award juries for the Design Week Awards, D&AD, and Brand Impact Awards.
In 2024, she launched her brand positioning framework, BrandStrand and in 2025 she co-authored Fully Saturated, a deep-dive report on design agency positioning.
Michelle Mariathasan Holland runs Make More Happen (MMH), a growth and communications consultancy that helps creative businesses grow through PR, marketing, and new business.
She's spent more than 20 years working across the creative industries and is a D&AD judge.
She also champions ‘Creative Diaspora’, an editorial and community initiative she founded, celebrating global-majority creatives shaping British culture.
